Corporate Equality Index recognizes IGT
The company announced Wednesday that it had received the award. best result in human rights campaign (CDH) Foundation’s 2025 Business Equality Index (CIS).

The Company has dedicated time and resources to implement various programs, policies and changes in its operations aimed at Help promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace..
Some of the initiatives included implementation of LGBTQ+ message boards and positions that have helped ensure a more inclusive and equitable hiring process.
Additionally, IGT has provided mandatory and optional training to its employees, increasing cultural awareness and helping combat unconscious bias.
Other initiatives include Creating bathrooms for transgender people. and other objects, as well as the implementation Gender neutral dress code.
As expected, IGT employees were given the opportunity to choose the pronouns they preferred and share them with their colleagues.

To achieve the highest score, IGT evaluated a variety of core business principles, policies and practices, with a particular focus on non-discrimination and benefits for LGBTQ+ employees and their families.
The evaluation covered corporate social responsibility, as well as efforts to create an inclusive culture, among other non-discriminatory practices.
